Carrie’s background in title insurance and commercial real estate gives her a leg up when helping homebuyers negotiate contracts and navigate the myriad legal details of purchasing a house.
Carrie began her career at a business brokerage firm helping auto dealers buy and sell dealerships. Here she gained expertise in all facets of title work. Carrie’s experience closing complex commercial transactions came in handy when she joined Venture Title, a full-service title insurance company. Now Carrie enjoys working with families buying and selling homes. In particular, she likes the challenge of finding creative ways to market her listings.
